I <br />I saw Cinderella in the marketplace <br />Her clothes ragged and one of her shoes without a lace <br />Tiny drops of sweat ran across her beautiful face <br />Wearing an expected grimace. <br /> <br />As I were approaching to help her lift her baggage <br />There came from nowhere her stepsisters <br />My temper rose to it`s peak when suddenly I saw <br />Cinderella is now picking the items she bought a while ago. <br /> <br />Those wicked women I want to torture <br />And imprison them in hell forever <br />Cinderella, I want to help her be free <br />But I`m not Prince Charming and will never be. <br /> <br /> II <br />I saw Snow White eating an apple from the wicked witch <br />She fell down on earth while the laughter grew <br />I saw Snow White put in a coffin by the seven dwarfs <br />Tears ran across their face mourning about her death. <br /> <br />I want to cast those tears away from their eyes <br />And want to tell them lift the cover of the coffin <br />So that I can kiss her and to the spell let her be free <br />But I`m not Prince Charming and will never be.<br /><br />MiJ HeNrieL<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/i-m-not-prince-charming-and-will-never-be/
